The PSRA Executive Board wanted to take the time to send a letter to show our deep gratitude to you and your firm, Seham, Seham, Meltz and Petersen for all of the time and effort you have put into developing our organization. At the onset of this process, we believed it would be one of a much smaller scale, but even with our limited resources you have tirelessly stuck by this organization through the whole endeavor.
While we have always believed in the strength of the PSRA, none of this would have been possible without your resilience and guidance. Throughout our initial meetings, followed by an organizing effort, and continuing into formal negotiations, you have enabled us with strategies that have made all of this possible and made success a reality. The collaboration between and among you and various members of your firm, Pierson Sports, and the PSRA Negotiation Committee has been outstanding.
Though we have limited financial resources, your firm has been 100% dedicated to this effort and never left our side and has treated us as if we were one of your largest clients. This is something for which we will be forever indebted to you on a very personal level.
We believe that with the strategies you have provided to us you have given us the opportunity to create a viable CBA, made us an impactful Union, and will ultimately put money in our members’ pockets.
In sum, you have planted the seed of change in the culture of the MLS, US Soccer, PSRA, and ultimately the PRO. Our group is now accorded a level of respect that we have never seen before. We believe you to be a guy of extremely high integrity and have been an extremely hard working and intelligent attorney to have on our team.
Having you here for our organization is the best thing we have done and we truly believe in the years to come with your help and guidance this union and our CBA will be something we all will be proud of,
